Observation Studies is a practice of fully occupying the archetype of the student, understanding that sometimes you’re the teacher, and sometimes you are meant to seek the teachers out. Understand that there are teachers everywhere, in people, in trees, in your enemies, in machines, in the wind. It is the active embrace of experimentation, with your work, with your art, with your narrative, with your life.

You are the teacher and the student. You are the experimenter and the experiment. Your life is an experience worthy of your own conscious observation.
